1. DJ LeMahieu (R) 3B 2. Luke Voit (R) 1B 3. Gary Sanchez (R) C 4. Giancarlo Stanton (R) DH 5. Gleyber Torres (R) SS 6. Rougned Odor (L) 2B 7. Miguel Andujar (R) LF 8. Clint Frazier (R) RF 9. Brett Gardner (L) CF
No Judge or Urshela today. I'll try to find out why before I leave for the city. I am meeting my brother and his wife for Peter Luger's. Hopefully I'm back to celebrate a win against the great Ohtani.

Just a rest day for Judge and Urshela. Even with a likely rain out tomorrow.

Definitely, you must report on Peter Luger’s! I’ve heard that it’s the primo place for steaks and rave reviews, but then others have said there are better places and it’s not worth the price. HeAmyHa requires an answer from our resident gourmand! What say you, Kaseeb! And, details please! Tell your brother hello and we hope his job is more manageable than it was a year ago. Safe travels and Bon appetit!

Just a rest day for Judge and Urshela. Even with a likely rain out tomorrow. Rigoddamndiculous. Judge and Urshela finally finding their strokes again, and they need freaking rest. It’s not like they ran a marathon yesterday (nod to CHI ).

The job is much better and he got accepted into a fellowship after his residency is over so I'm very happy for him.
I've been to Lugers 10+ times and most of the good steak restaurants in Manhattan so I can tell you even before going that it's a little of both of what you've heard. If I had one steak place to go to if I died tomorrow, I would choose Peter Lugers because they have the most consistent steak. I have never been disappointed with their food. The burger I had for lunch one time was once of the best burgers I've eaten. The Apple Strudel for desert is my favorite desert almost anywhere. The sides are not as good but still pretty tasty.
On the other hand, there is nothing special about the ambience and service. Its more of a very busy bar atmosphere. You do get the impression that the joint is quite full of itself because of all the attention and hype. The place did get wrecked by a New York Times review a few years back, but it does have a Michelin Star.
Oh, and I have to say I'm no gourmand. I'm lucky though that I have a best friend and brother who are both foodies and I've ridden on their coattails all these years to a lot of great restaurants in the city.
I'll try to take some pictures of the steak for you and post them later!

It’s not like they ran a marathon yesterday (nod to CHI ). The Yankees have officially lost it. How can they bench Judge in a match up like this? The game is more important than their absurd resting policy and a lot of people wanted to see a Judge vs Ohtani matchup. I'd be furious if I bought a ticket to this game and got this lame lineup.

Have a great night Kay, he'll try to bring home a victory for you but it's going to be tough.

Why is there all this elevated hype for Ohtani this year? This is his 4th year playing and it isn't his first trip to Yankee Stadium either? The media acts like he just debuted.

Probably because he was injured a lot in the past, plus he's having a monster season. He really has duel WAR's, one for hitting and one for pitching.

Nice, level swing by Stanton to get the Yanks on the board.

Wow, Ohtani is pulled in the first and the Angels lose their DH for the rest of the night.

Seven runs on three hits. Not something you see every day.
