The Mets came into today's game tied with the Pirates for dead last in runs scored. You never would have guessed that watching them today and yesterday.

Coming into this game, Cole had a 4.04 ERA since May 17, which preceded any of the Spider Tack stuff. He may have lost some RPMs lately due to that, but his inconsistency has not been there for a month and a half now. |
