Yup. For Pat Clements, Cecilio Guante and Rick Rhoden. Although Rhoden did have one good year for the Yankees. John Smyly had a decent season or two for the Bucs back then. Tim Wakefield was going to be the MVP of the 91 NLCS until the Pirates blew game 7 in the 9th inning. They ripped Wakefield's name off the trophy and replaced with an Atlanta Braves player. The Francisco Cabrera series. I remember the Atlanta fans chanting "Sid" for Sid Bream. And Ron Howard lookalike Stan Belinda. |
