Take away the first three weeks of the season and Torres has looked a lot better at SS. Maybe the first 5 weeks… now if he could just hit again. And Odor! Who’d thunk he’d heat up EVER again? … Gleyber has a .814 OPS in July. He's getting better at the plate. The of currently is the biggest problem I think. |

German has his pitch count under control… He's not stretched out enough to go the full 9 no matter what.

I'll always remember because its an infamous bad trade we made. The Yankees seriously overvalued Scott Brocious based on a career year in 98. But he had hit .304 for Oakland in ‘96, and he came back to hit .287 in his final season in 2001. Just an odd player with an up snd down offensive career. Loved his “D” though, so I didn’t mind his batting droughts… |

The Yankees seriously overvalued Scott Brocious based on a career year in 98. But he had hit .304 for Oakland in ‘96, and he came back to hit .287 in his final season in 2001. Just an odd player with an up snd down offensive career. Loved his “D” though, so I didn’t mind his batting droughts… Will never forget his HR the 2001 World Series. |
