We're getting close to Johnny Damon level throws now. Two of the weakest throws I’ve seen this year was the one that didn’t clear second base and that all-out, body moving forward heave by Inger’s Guy from medium depth that hit the cutoff man. Those were definitely cooked pasta arms. One the hardest to watch was Bryce Harper tagging from first base on a flyball to CF that didn't even make it to the warning track.

Trivia question asks what Yankees have 3 or more walk off hits since 2009 there are 5 of them other than Gardner I’m going to guess Melky Cabrera as one.

Mickey Mantle had 12 walk off home runs! So did Jimmie Foxx, Stan Musial, Albert Pujols, Frank Robinson, and Babe Ruth. Only Jim Thome with 13 had more.

Heaney hits a batter on an 0-2 pitch. Unlucky there.

Seattle seems like they are only successful if their starter goes a good length, because they can't hit very well outside of like 2 players.

No matter what happens today or tomorrow the Yankees have already clinched the season series and wildcard tiebreaker with Seattle.

I must be blind because I don't see all those great AB's they're saying Joey Gallo is having. He had a great game on Thursday night but other than that, he's been terrible at the plate.

Remember the season when the Yanks used to smash shaving cream pies into the faces of walk off hitters?

I think they mean he's had a lot of 3-2 counts which is fine but if they lead to mostly strikeouts that means nothing.

We see 3-2 counts all the time, so they are pretty meaningless if you're not producing.
