Andrew Velasquez’ career MLB and MiLB numbers: .156/.257/.219/.476 and .271/.336/.403/.739 His MLB experience was with Tampa Bay, Cleveland, and Baltimore Really wishing we had some Park action right about now. Carlos Hernandez is the fourth Carlos Hernandez to play MLB baseball, the second one as a pitcher. His ERA looks a little meaty to me, buts it’s actually a 100 ERA plus…

Scheduled day off for Odor? Lefty hitters have hit less than .200 against Hernandez, RHH around .250. That doesn’t explain Gardner leading off, but could help us see Odor’s day off. I will never, ever understand Stanton as our number two hitter. Perhaps. He’s heating up a bit and Boone sees him doing something special, but Stanton, nor Judge should be in that role. They run too hot and cold for it. DJ in the #5 strikes me as s bit odd, too. I think Boonie might have pulled this one out of his hat, we’ll see… |
