Wow, Boone skips the 8th inning and stays with the 7th inning guy. It might make sense if Loaisiga was sharp or had only thrown five pitches in the seventh. The real issue for me is taking out a starter who has been one of the best pitchers in baseball the last five weeks and removing him after a single in the seventh with only 87 pitches. |

The real issue for me is taking out a starter who has been one of the best pitchers in baseball the last five weeks and removing him after a single in the seventh with only 87 pitches. Taillon looked like a complete game shutout was well within his reach… He owned KC tonight… |
