The biggest beach in Colorado is at the National Sand Dunes Monument. There is a seasonal creek/river that runs between the parking area and the actual dunes that you must wade to climb the dunes… People sand surf on plastic sleds off the biggest dune, 600 feet high (taller than the Washington Monument)…
