I forgot about Johnathan Davis, since Wade has been good in the outfield mostly its possible they just send Davis down again. The Yankees fascination with Davis is perplexing. The only thing I can think of that would explain this Davis issue is that he has options, so the Yanks can send him down to Scranton anytime they want. Allen doesn't have options and isn't even on the 40 man roster right now ( he was a covid replacement originally, so he doesn't count on the 40 man). Hopefully when the rosters expand in September, the Yanks find a way to add Allen to the 40 man and bring him up for the rest of the year. |

Stockpiling position players at the major league level that hit like pitchers is a reach of light year proportions. |
