I guess we'll find out this Winter how committed they are to him for the long haul. I would have non-tendered him last off season and I'd do it again this winter, unless some team actually wants to trade for him. He has enough power and a strong enough arm and enough hype surrounding him that I'll bet he'd bring back something. |

I tuned back just in time to see Cleveland go up 10-0. Back to Indiana- Cincinnati or Michigan State-Miami or Notre Dame-Purdue.

Chi -- how did the 20 mile tune up go? Brutal, I woke up sick this morning! I ran anyway and was fine for 15 miles but wore down during the final 5. I had to stop a couple of times because I thought I was going to puke. Still ran the 20! Thanks for asking. ![]() ![]() Sounds a hella lot of fun… 🤢👹🤮 |

Geez. I just tuned in to a reverse laugher. A stinker of magnitude. Do I want to put myself through the rest of this hoping for an historic comeback? What else could I do? Play Scrabble? Screw? Ruthie is at the computer, so that takes both of those off the table. It’s nearing 90 degrees outdoors, and will get there later this afternoon.
We could go for a short drive, but we’re invited out for spaghetti at a neighbor’s, so getting lost in the hills is not an option.
Too bad we don’t have the 40-man roster so Boone could take all regulars out and play all the young guys from AAA out of position and screw with their heads…
