The HOF is all about marketing. The hypocrisy of letting someone play, when you made little effort to catch cheating, but then saying you can't be in the hall because you cheated is remarkable. If they really thought it was wrong they should have done something about it.

If they really thought it was wrong they should have done something about it. Would it not be hypocritical to have caught players cheating and let them in the Hall of Fame anyway? |

Bonds passed 80 and Clemens is up to 79 it's possible both might have a shot.
