I went to some Blue Jays games back in the 1980s when they played at Exhibition Stadium. One of the worst baseball stadiums ever. The seats were so far from the field you needed binoculars to follow the game. In fact I am pretty sure that the cheap seats were further from the field than in any stadium ever used for baseball. It was right off the lake and the wind was brutal, like Candlestick. Seagulls constantly flew around the park. It's the stadium where Winfield killed a seagull with a throw from the outfield. This was when the Jays had George Bell and Lloyd Moseby and Willie Upshaw and Tony Fernandez and Rance Mullinicks and Dane Iorg. Or maybe it was Garth. Anyway, I don't think many tears were shed when they demolished that place.

Yankees luck out with a fat catcher running the bases. Blue Jays always find a way to work a fatty into the lineup, it seems…

Do you remember Exhibition Stadium Kaybli? Or was that before your time? I was born in 1983 so a little before my time. I didn't really watch baseball until 1995.
