In fact, the only team in our division we have not played yet is Tampa Bay. Let's see, four teams won at least 91 games in the American League East last season, but the best teams are "out west"? Somehow, even when the Yankees are winning, they somehow really aren't unless they play a different schedule than the one assigned to them. |

"The Yankees only beat bad teams" #Redsoxfans #Metsfans Well the best teams may be in the West right now. But we don't have to play them much and who knows hey may not play well when we do. Our last three series were not against great teams. But we are playing one of the better ones now so we will find out what we are made of. Typical championship teams beat the weak teams and fight the better teams to something near to a split. It’s how it’s always been. As long as we look competitive and win a fair share of the gams against the top teams, I’ll be happy. Then we have to bat the snot out of the weak teams next time around, too! … |
