Man, I had to switch over to the Pirates broadcast. I can weather Beltran when the Yankees are winning but not losing. What the hell was the YES Network thinking? He's brutal. Worst Yankees broadcaster I've ever heard. And I've been watching and listening since 1957. |

For most of the season, the same 4 or 5 hitters have carried the dead weight of Hicks, Donaldson, Gallo and IKF, but it's starting to wear on them.

They've had others I didn't care for -- Tom Seaver and John Sterling come to mind -- but Beltran is the first one who I thought had no business in a professional broadcast booth. He's horrible and everyone knows it. |
