Another example of pulling guys up too soon without enough exposure in the minors to ensure they are back to normal. Loisiaga gave up three hits in one inning in his last AAA appearance. What did they think MLB hitters would do? Johnny L wasn't really being tattooed, but I agree it was stupid on the face of it to throw him into a spot like that. Plus Nestor hadn't even thrown that many pitches. This is on Boone. |

Some guys like Waldichuckroast are throwing b.b.'s and striking out well over one batter per inning, yet he cannot get an audition. Schmidt has been good, yet he gets sent down every time after a solid outing. This is what they did with The Falafel King last season, opting to keep trying Justin Worthless Wilson over and over again. These guys are not geniuses, except when it comes to making money. |
