No Judge HR. But some good signs. Sevy looks great, Stanton looks much improved, DJ had a hit, things looking good for the playoffs! The fact that several balls were hit hard that inning tells me Judge is really pressing. He down foul that one ball down the right field line, so at least he tried to go the other way.

Hicks forgets how many outs there are but makes a nice catch.

I wonder if Sevy thinks "What if" for the rest of his career, especially if he never throws a no hitter. It's happened several times this year -- once with Kershaw if memory serves -- so I think pitchers are being trained to accept it. Very sad, and unthinkable not so long ago.

He's been like that since hitting number 60 - he's going out of the strike zone more often when fewer pitchers have been in the strike zone for him to hit.

Who wants to see history with a no hitter when you can experience a just off the injured list reliever come in and give up a run?

Peraza should be our starting SS in the playoffs. I can see IKF messing up on a play in front of him.

At least IKF hustles down the line.

Why are you bunting Higgy?

I checked to see if new Texas catcher Sam Huff was related to the Giants HOF middle linebacker of the same name. It appears not, although at 6'5" 250 pounds he's considerably larger than the real Sam Huff, who was 6'1" and 230 pounds.
Apparently not related to Aubrey Huff either for those of you keeping score at home.

Why are you bunting Higgy? Only one fielder was on the right side of second base. He could have walked to first and knocked in a run if he got the bunt down.
