Triple threat, but they cannot beat New Orleans per capita for murder and violent crime. I was reading that NOLA just took over the lead from St. Louis. No way the subculture will allow a second place finish when all it takes is doubling up on drive-by shootings. There is some pride among the criminal element. |

Give Chicago a chance, they can catch these cites in violent deaths. Do they even COUNT the deaths in Detroit?… Detroit has actually been declining. I think they ran out of ammo. Detroit has actually marginally improved over the past 20 or so years, although admittedly they had almost nowhere to go but up. |

My friend Joe went to Coamerica Park for a series probably around the mid-2000s or so. He loved the park and raved about some of the restaurants in Detroit. |

I need Judge to do this tonight. I watched yesterday's game from my brother in law's home office, and tonight from my niece's family room in Canandaigua. Tomorrow we're out all day, first on a boat and then at some wineries in the afternoon. I'm scrambling to find a hotel bar where I can drop in during the first game while alienating family members.
First world problem for sure.
