Guardians Rays 0-0 in the 10th. With no ghost runner this game may never end with these offenses. Earlier in this game, Cleveland had the bases loaded, no outs with Ramirez up and didn't score.

I do NOT look forward to facing either of these teams. WE will need to be at our BEST to beat either...

Trent Grisham has hit HR's off Scherzer and deGrom in consecutive games. Anything can happen in this sport!

Harper should be playing left field for the Yankees. The Yankees' bargain basement shopping still costs a billion dollars every three to four years. They could have afforded Harper. The Yankees' management should have planned on getting him either trading for him in 2018 or prising him away in free agency in 2019. Had they had a plan, they would not have gone after Stanton. The outfield could have been Harper in left, Judge in right, and who really cares what he hits in center, which Bader would become this season. Heck, they could have played Locastro in center for all we would have cared. Inger would have been joyous. No telling how many homers Harper would hit in Yankee Stadium from the left side. Talk about a balanced outfield. What could and should have been.

Luis Castillo still paying dividends for the huge load given up to get him. Castillo pitches into the eighth inning, as Seattle shuts out Toronto. He would have looked great in pinstripes. Stupid Seattle and their overpay. Although he’d have had to lose that stupid Egyptian haircut (out what ever that is… maybe he can’t pitch well without his hair. Who knows?

Such a great pleasure to see the Jays massive choke job in Vladdy's house. You just knew their bullpen would implode some time in the playoffs. Let's hope the M's can give the Astros all they can handle.
In the Guardians and Rays game, I noticed there were 39 K's, including one guy on each team who struck out 5 times.
Too bad the Pads couldn't close out the Mets. Maybe today.
Hated to see the Cards lose. The Phillies might be one of those underdog teams that goes a long way in the playoffs.
