Well how about structing your team better so one player doesn't make or break the team??? BRAVO!!! Not so difficult to do--just takes patience, good training/pro-active coaching, belief in Prospects and give them Ample Time to perform when called up to ML(not like we have done with Florial)--the Right FA picks--Good pro-active Mgr./GM--HAVE A PLAN--And a plan is not stating every year that we will go to the WS = that is a WISH or HOPE but NOT A PLAN. There is more needed also, etc. etc. etc. |
