Cole may be one in which the pitch clock helps. He's not as apt to have the time to perseverate on things that didn't go his way. I appreciate how you tossed out "perseverate" with such insouciance. I recall that word being in the Readers Digest feature "It Pays To Increase Your Word Power." That was a useful series. I remember learning thrasonical, uxorious, asymptotic and many other words from that. I appreciate your ability to share without any latent parsimony, and educative without being pedantic.  |
