Curry said no to Teoscar/Pham, Carlson prospect cost is high and he thinks they don't want to do that, Bellinger/Grichuk he heard they were in on, but obv both are off market. He called it "Listening mode" Curry can call it what he wants as he gets fed narratives from NYY execs, in reality it's called sitting on your ass realizing punting on LF in the winter was moronic. $290 million payroll and everything this year has faltered, resulting in zero financial flexibility to make real serious moves. |
