Rick Schu needs to be on there too. Brandon Belt, Jim Coates. There were two players named Socks Seybold. Well you always need a pair of Socks.

My nephew in Pittsburgh went to his first game at Comerica a few days ago. He really liked the park for its sight lines, creature comforts and very family-friendly environment. Also very active in the area around the park. You would have never said that about Tiger Stadium, loveable old hulk that it was. That place was designated a National Historic Landmark, but that didn't stop them from demolishing the place when it became convenient to do so. Nice! I've heard Comerica is underrated. Always reminds me of Seinfeld and Kramerica.

There are a lot of nice parks these days. It was a healthy reaction to the multi-purpose monstrosities of the 1970s. I see Kansas City is looking around for a new one.

If I was a base stealer, I would wear one of those big number one foam fingers.

Citi Field is fine, except the air did not seem to circulate well the one time I was there.

I understand the reluctance to go to Citi -- even when we lived in New York I felt a bit unclean going over to Shea (which had become kind of a dump by then.) But you should check out Fenway just to understand the enemy a little better -- Baltimore and Philly have nice parks not too far from you. And when you visit your brother you definitely have to go to Dodger Stadium. It's a great place to watch a game. Or a fight in the stands.

Indeed pipps, Citi, Fenway, Camden Yards, Citizens Bank, and Dodgers Stadium should all be on my list! How many parks have you been to?
