Wells was laughing with Holmes about them being on the wrong page with pitch-com. Wells was lucky to catch that sinker expecting a fastball up! His eyes were huge!

Yankees last home game. I'm going to miss the baseball season. The Pasta King on the mound tomorrow at Toronto. I’ll miss it, too. But since it was such a frustrating season the break will be good for me. I doubt I’ll see an inning of the post season. If there is any justice in baseball the Braves will be ghd champs. I do hope Houston doesn’t get in… At least it appears the Red Sox are saving us from the cellar… |

We almost never look at a TV when we travel -- it's one of the many benefits -- but I believe Blue Jays games are broadcast nationally in Canada, so I might try to drop in for a few innings. Of course, Prince Edward Island isn't always taken into account up here. We'll see. The end of the regular season is always a bit somber, even when the Yankees are in the post-season. In any event, it was fun reliving the game on this forum. Thanks gentlemen. |
