I don’t know, but I do know that NOTOTAU will live forever!... So will the Neil Walker thread thanks to spammers. I don't know why they love Neil Walker so much. At least they have diversified to the Clint Frazier thread now too. It’s quite apparent that the Neil Walker thread is getting results. Someone on here is buying those black market blue pills by the boatload. Who do we know that has multiple threesomes per day and could... Nope, can’t think of anyone... 😂 One other possibility. Perhaps in Russia it’s common to call the street the “neil”, as in “She’s a Neil Walker” and a thread is someone searching. Neil Walker Thread. See, it makes perfectly good sense. Now we just have to figure out what specific act a Clint Frazier is. Code broken, go home people. Nothing more to see here. The one thing that is quite amazing is that we ever felt Neil Walker was worthy of a thread. My golly, he plain sucked when he was here. |

I guess he could still wind up in the organization if no one claims him on waivers right? Just not on the 40 man roster. I guess whatever it is must be pretty serious.

Maybe he just does not have enough talent to compete. That seems a reasonable guess. It may be just me, but it seems that few players from within the system really fulfill their hype predictions. I have become jaded about the promise that anything will change there as long as Cashman is at the helm. Damn shame. |

Maybe he just does not have enough talent to compete. He showed the talent. He had spells of good offensive play and spates of good defensive play. It seems he has either physical or mental issues because there are times he can’t hit and times that he can’t field. He’s also very brash and boastful at times, with a touch of disrespect that I’ve taken for immaturity. Maybe a quieter environment will see him right. I hope so. We all could use a second or third or fourth chance in life. We could use them. I’m not sure we deserve them… |

I can read pretty deep into this because of my own personal battles with depression and my resistance to authority. Frazier tended to make himself “important” at a young age with statements about himself. Playing with his hair on fire, his bat speed, me, me, me. Then he didn’t like that it drew attention to him both when he produced, and when he didn’t. He has demonstrated egomania and suffered from its result. His statements about these conversations that need to be had seem to be vague and empty. Like he doesn’t know who he needs to speak to, nor what to say. Most likely he doesn’t know himself, and no one on the team really is going to worry about it. Turn the page, Clint. Go live your life and play your game. You’re still making this all about you. You are not a star. You are not THE star. Be a Chicago Cub. That’s what you are. You’ll be there for a while. You’ll succeed or fail there. When they’re ready, they either send you away or let you leave if you’re own accord. Just stop being the star in your own unsettled mind. Tell reporters the part is over and you are only focusing on the present. Quit yapping about it. It’s done… |
