So ? The man sucks so badly that even twins fans were booing him . You have to be a special kind of bad to get booed by twins fans And you have to be a special kind of guy to boo a man overcoming those kind of odds to even be on the field. I really wanted to see him succeed. It’s called compassion… Oh so now because he has tourettes he shouldnt be booed ? Give me a break . Compassion is one thing but excusing poor playing because of that is just plain silly .

I dont care if a player doesnt want to play for the yankees. I wont complain about that . I will complain about a guy who comes to pkay with the yankees and then plays like crap .
Well then that post doesn't apply to you.
How did you feel when Judge was booed in the postseason after a regular season whee he hit 62 HRs?
I didnt care . The guy hits 62 hrs and then his bat mostly disappeared in the playoffs . Imo i dont feel bad at all abput him getting booed . Tell me how did judge react to the booing?

I wouldn’t boo him. I’m not surprised that you would. Look, I happen to have a son with a handicap, so admittedly I may more sensitive to the subject of handicaps. When I say I’m not surprised that you would the only thing I can base that on is the tenor of your posts, which continues to disappoint me. Notice the overall content and information is not an issue. I’m trying to figure out what makes you so argumentative…

Great post.
To each their own. As for me? I might criticize players with online or off line friends, but at a game I never booed a Yankee. I'm not going to cheer a player when he does something positive, then moments later boo that same player when he does something negative. Where I come from that's called being a fair weather fan and being two-faced. But as I said to each their own.

But if i see a player perform terribly with the team i root for , i will make my displeasure known by the only way i can when i am there . By booing .

You keep mentioning feeling bad, did anyone here say they felt bad when a player gets booed? Judge reacted like a professional. Do you think he was happy that some his home fans booed him?

I honestly dont think judge cared that much in the end . I know i wouldnt . I think he cared more about losing a playoff series than being booed . And you asked me how i felt when judge got booed , and i answered .

At this point, I'm going to look at that as an unintended accomplishment by omission. Now, I shall proudly face the day!

Neither have I...but I must admit to occasionally yelling and throwing popcorn at my TV.

I've never booed a professional athlete, not my style but I've softened my position a bit. It doesn't bother me as much when fans boo today. In some cases it's just ultra frustration. I would think with the price of attending a game today some fans don't get to go as often as they like. If the Team lays an egg when they are there I can understand the frustration to a degree.

Imagine paying $400-$500 to take your family to a game to watch $32M per year Stanton sit his over developed body building ass on the bench, jog around the bases (when he finally gets on base), Continue to clog the lineup and Salary cap and REFUSE TO BE TRADED because he likes his cushy lifestyle just the way it is!!!!!!! Screw Stanton !!! He should be booed everytime he steps on the field or is seen in public until he waves his no trade !!!!!!!!! If he does that ... I'll cheer for him !!!!!

I agree, Holmes is pretty incredible when he's right. It's the times that he comes into a game and starts throwing the ball 2 feet off the plate that I don't care for. He can get me nervous, much like Chapman used to… Always had the Tums bottle around when Chapman appeared in a game, John Wettland was another one that gave me that same feeling. Never had that feeling with Duren, Arroyo, Lyle, Goose Rags or Mo. Clipper
