Has Judge looked bad at the plate? Off-balance. Astros like to throw him slow breaking stuff way inside, and he's just not gotten his timing with the abbreviated spring training after the core strain. Yea I was going to say he hadn't gotten his full spring training work in. |

And Meyers hits a deep flyout to Judge on the 1st pitch. Caught a step or two from the track.

Yea I was going to say he hadn't gotten his full spring training work in. They are definitely careful with Judge, and he has never really taken a good bite of them like he does against the Red Sox. If they allow him to extend his arms, the pitch is breaking well away, down in the dirt, or is a four-seamer well above the strike zone. |

Lowe hit a grand slam. Rortvedt lead off that inning with a single (something he never did as a yankee...well, almost never) and scored.
