1st pitch FB up in the zone in the middle, Soto slaps it to medium deep left, but Gurriel gets to it, 2 down.

FB on the outside corner, waist high, 0-1
Cutter in the zone low-away 0-2
Slider almost bounced outside, 1-2
FB misses 2-3 inches outside at the knees, Kelly thought it was a strike but it wasn't.
Change tails down and in, from 0-2 to 3-2.
Judge way out front on a change diving way low. Inning over.
Kelly has an easy 1-2-3 1st inning, with 2 K's.

Soto's deep fly was a HR in 5 of 30 ballparks, if that matters.

Slider waist high inside corner, and Marte turns on it, rifles it past 3rd and into the corner in left for a leadoff double.
If pres were here, he'd say "oboy".

Gets a 2nd one up in the zone away, slaps a chopper to 3rd, Cabrera charges and throws right to 1st, but can't keep Marte from going to 3rde with 1 out.
Yanks bring the infield in for Gurriel.

FB outside by 2-3 inches, Gurriel chases and fouls it.
Bad cutter near middle middle, hit hard but right to Volpe, holds the runner, throws out Gurriel, 2 down.
Rodon got away with one there.

96-96-97 on those three fastballs, first time he's looked like the Rodon the Yanks paid for today.

The exit velos on the double and the two grounders were 102, 83 and 106.
