He has been doing very well and all of a sudden he isn't starting, let alone getting into the game !!! |

Perhaps he’s been pushing himself to see more pitches, and now starting to feel the pressure to perform to earn his big upcoming payday. I think the move may help him, allow him to open up and be a bit more aggressive. Contract years don’t always end up being great years. There are millions at stake for him… |

I've been hoping Volpe ascended to the top of the order soon(ish), but I was thinking let him continue to cook where he is for a little while. But, yeah, hopefully this doesn't change his approach. I've loved how he's been working his ABs so far. Also puzzled by continuing to sit Cabrera. A very Boone-ish thing to do, I suppose.  |

Volpe looks uber confident right now… He grew up through last season and found out who he wants to be as a player. The number .209 wasn’t appealing to him… |

Ack! I ordered a new screen door for the house around a month ago and it’s here! I’m going to run and pick it up…Should be back in time…
I’m sitting here lounging after sleeping in do due last nights sleep struggles and now everything goes into emergency mode… oh well. Excited about the door with warm weather coming. Oddly it’s a screen security door…

I quickly measured the car and the door won’t fit, so I called my installers and they’ll be picking it up, and scheduling the install soon. I called the company I got the door from and paid the $892.47 for the door, so… no driving required… |
