Verdugo gets a FB down and in and again, inside outside over 3rd, toward the corner in left, Kwan cuts it off and fires back in, but Verdugo hustles into 2nd with a leadoff double.
And they can't bunt with Cabrera here, with Trevino and Grisham do in.
But Cabrera makes a terrible stab bunt and bunts it foul.

Sinker above the zone by 2-3 inches right over the heart of the plate, and Cabrera tomahawks it over the wall in right for a 2 run HR, Yanks up 3-0!!!
1st HR allowed by the Guardians bullpen this year.

Extra runs might allow Schmidt to start 6th, but I'd have someone ready. First game of DH is always big.
