Remember when the Soto trade happened and Grisham was going to be a big surprise piece? YUP don't see it. He's the only elite CF on the roster which is why Cashman wanted him. He's useless ! It will take him all season for his defense to make up for his offense today Defense is subjective and overrated ! |

Quickly 0-2 on Gimenez. Again rushes and flies open. Curve was supposed to wind up inside, backs up outside for ball 1. Cutter at the top of the zone in the middle, hammered through the 34 hole into right for a single. Kwan stops at 2nd with nobody out, and Ramirez will bat as the tying run. I think it's starting to be mental with Schmidt |

Understand why Schmidt started the 6th, but with 2 lefties coming up and Ferguson ready, he will be second guessed.

Cutter misses well down and in, 1-1
Beats him with the FB above the waist outside corner at 94, 1-2
Cutter low, and Ramirez was waiting for it, but it was so low, he topped it foul.
Should be another FB up here.

Woooo, got away with a mistake there, left a cutter down the middle, taken 1-1

Naylor 0-2 vs. Ferguson
FB well inside, Naylor tries to check appears to have checked, but the 3rd base ump says he swung. Yanks got a break there, i think.
