McKenzie over 80 pitches with 2 outs in the 3rd.
Rizzo takes a FB on the low outside corner for the ꓘ. Rizzo didn't like the call, but it was a strike; 60-70% on both YES and Gameday.
27 pitches for McKenzie in the 4th, and 84 through 4. Long time on the bench for Poteet, who'll face Gimenez, Ramirez and Naylor in the bottom half.

Ramirez hammers the 2-1 on the ground to Torres's left, he spears it almost behind him, spins around and fires to 2nd, low, but Volpe catches and stays on the bag for the force, 1 down.

Curve in the zone down and in, rolled over to Torres, who make s GOOD play for a change, good scoop and quick nifty backhand flip to Volpe just as he's crossing the bag, making the relay to 1st easy peasy.
DP ends the inning quickly.
Top 5, 6-0 Yanks.
11 pitches for Poteet in the 4th, and 45 total so far. And gets McKenzie right back out there for the 5th, if they leave him in the game.
Torres, Verdugo and Cabrera for the Yanks in the 5th.
