Change stays high and away in the zone, slapped to right for a hit. Up by 7, Verdugo plays it safe, doesn't try for a shoestring or diving catch.

Sinker starts out aimed at Ramirez, dives into the top inside corner for a strike.
Same pitch misses inside this time, makes Ramirez step back out of the way.
Sinker gets a small piece of the zone at the top, Wells tries to pull it down, but no sale, 2-1
Change gets a small piece of the bottom, not called, 3-1.
1-1 was 5% on Gameday
2-1 was more like 30%
Sinker above and inside of middle, popped to Judge in center, 2 down.

Pitch clock violation puts Naylor ahead, 1-0.
Sinker waist high outside corner, lined down near the end of the bat to right center for a hit, Kwan off on contact, gets to 3rd with 2 down.
If I'm Boone, I don't go much longer with Poteet.
Blake goes out to give him some rest. 18 17 pitches already this inning, the most in the game for Poteet.
Santana just starting to warm up now.
