Poteet humps up to 95(!) and blows the FB by Florial at the top of the zone for the K to end the inning.
Top 3, 2-0 Yanks.
13 pitch 1-2-3 in the 2nd, 22 through 2. Maybe they can get 5 out of him, which would help. A lot.

Slider low, 1-0
Aarrgh, got a meatball, a hangind slider in the middle at 86, but late and under pops it foul over the Guardians dugout.
What you missed, there, Aaron.
Sinker at the knees, grounded in between Rocchio and Gimenez, but not hit hard, so Rocchio cuts it off and throws out Judge, 2 down.

Yanks are 11-3 without Judge hitting. That didn't happen last year.

Unfortunately, I don't think he'll be in this league for long. We'll always have the Quad A memories. I feel for him. I hope I'm wrong, but he's been given some chances and hasn't done much with them. He is a good fielder and has some speed, so he could stick around for a while. |

Rizzo gets a big break. Tries to jump a FB inside corner, thigh high, pops it foul, halfway to the Cleveland dugout, but Fry, the catcher, misjudges, tries to lunge at it late and it falls safely, but foul. Should've been out.
2-1 curve barely touches the low inside corner for strike 2.
Aarrgh! 2-2 FB right down Broadway, but he's late and fouls it off.
FB low and the count goes full.
Much much better. FB in the middle, knee high, and Rizzo is one this one, hammers it through the 34 hole for a 2-out single.
