No such thing as a must win at this point of the season but it would be nice to avoid losing back to back series against division rivals at home.

Civale is a quality arm. So far he's been a little HR prone in 2024, maybe they can get to him that way.
Do we get wild Luis? Or the nasty version that will bring the Rays' bats to Gil?

Question for those who follow more closely than I do, is it a coincidence that Volpe has seemingly cooled off since moving to the leadoff position or has he changed his approach?

You may be right, I maybe wrong, maybe were both right. But it seems to me like he cooled off right after he recently hit that clutch HR.

I know Torres has his flaws and Stanton isn't the player that he used to be, but today's starting lineup is a lot better than yesterday's starting lineup.
