Did you see that Matsui was at the Stadium this morning along with Roy White. The Hall of Fame is opening up a America/Japan baseball exhibit and those guys were at the Stadium to promote it. |

Rempe draws an early penalty for boarding, the Caps have had the puck for about 30 seconds, finally the Rangers touch it and the PP begins.
Rempe didn't charge, but he did elbow the Caps player.
