Yanks have smashed through for four in the fifth. Long time on the bench for Gil, but Boone will still send him out there for the 6th, I'm pretty sure.

Cutter misses just low, but Maton gets the 3-0 call. 3-1
Terrible swing at a FB above middle, he cranked it up looking for the HR and missed a cripple. 3-2.

Late on a FB down and in but in the zone, only 86. Volpe's swing looks long again to me. Not the short snap stroke he was using when he was hot.

Verdugo fooled by the big swing, goes back, then has to come racing in to make a sliding catch in left center, 1 down.
