Cutter on the inside corner jams Rortvedt, his pop to short left is handled by Verdugo, coming in quickly, 1 down.

Caballero swings over a curve going low, 0-1
Cutter low/away, 1-1
Swings over a change diving to the low inside corner, 1-2
Curve at the bottom grounded sharply down the 3rd base line, just foul, Good thing because even though Cabrera gloved it, he was running so hard away from first he couldn't have wheeled and thrown in time to get him.
FB above the outer 3rd, he goes with it, the fliner to right is a relatively easy play for Soto, 2 down.

Change dives just inside and again, the Yanks get a strike called against Diaz that wasn't a strike for the ꓘ, inning over.
0% on Gameday about an inch or two off the plate inside, but I take it and run to the ꓘ bank.

Nestor Cortes: 3.41 Carlos Rodon: 3.66
Besides for some more length, can't ask for much more from the starting rotation so far without our Ace.
