Slider down and in to Rizzo, 1-0
He's faced Erceg once and been HBP.
Change outside corner fouled off.
Change outside by 2-3 inches, called a strike anyway, 1-2
Back door slider fouled off.
Hasn't shown Rizzo the 100 mph sinker yet.

Flies open and misses way high on the 98 sinker, 2-2
Sinker up in the zone, inside middle, jams Rizzo, popped foul off 3rd, Toro fights the sun, catches, 2 down.

Torres is 1-1 vs. Erceg a two run single.
Swings over a slider, strike 1
Swings over a 2nd slider on the corner low/away, strike 2
Swings over a 3rd slider dropping to the knees, K.
Yanks don't have a single reliever with stuff that good, and Mason Miller has better stuff, supposedly.
Overpowered Torres on three slider that ALL hit some part of the K zone.
Yanks go quietly, 1-2-3 on 12 pitches.

Hamilton is the closest thing they have to Erceg. and he's got just 2 pitches, not 3.
Coming in to face Allen, Schuemann and Ruiz.

Fouls off the 2nd pitch down the right side, 0-2.
FB up and in makes him duck out of the way, 1-2.
Fouls off a slider low/away, 1-2
Takes another bad slider about 3 inches outside and another brutal call against the A's results in a ꓘ, 1 down.

Sinker outside 1-0.
Slider up and inside, this time correctly called a ball, 2-0
Slider down the middle, thigh high, 2-1 on Schuemann.
Slider into the top of the zone, Schumann makes a good pass at it, barely missed under, flies out to Soto on the track in right.
Hamilton got away with a hanger that time.
2 down.

Sinker about the zone popped foul off 3rd, Cabrera goes over and has no play, lands in the 5th row. 0-2
Sharp slider down and in, but Brown gets to it, hammers it foul into the stands.
Slider hangs in the middle of the zone, hit hard past Torres' lunge into right for a 2 out single'
Lawrence Butler supposedly a good prospect, PH for Nevin.
Butler has never faced Hamilton.

Slider in the middle above the knees, topped foul off 1st. 2-2
FB well high, 3-2
Brown will be on the move from 1st.
Back leg slider and Butler spits on it for ball 4.
1st and 2nd, 2 down for Rooker.
A big hit here basically ends the game.

Langeliers up. He's never faced Hamilton.

FB in popped to short right, it crosses over in foul ground, Soto can't get there, lands foul and he runs into the netting and the wall a bit, gets shaken up but appears to be ok.
That was the end of the inning, but the Yanks didn't get it, and might have to pay big time.
FB inside, 3-1.
