Cutter up and in fouled, 1-2
Splitter thigh high middle, pulled foul down the right side
Takes his timeout
Slurve in the middle taken 4-5 inches below the knees, 2-2
Slurve bounced down and in, 3-2
Slurve inside knee high, chased and spoiled
Slider bounced, ball 4. Long at bat for a leadoff walk. Not a good start to this inning, especially that he got ahead, 1-2

1st pitch sinker hammered down 1st, but Rizzo is there, holding the runner, grabs it, steps on 1st, the throw to 2nd is on time, but I'm not sure Volpe got the tag on him in times, Missed the tag on the 1st lunge, but the Tigers don't challenge, so I guess he got him.

1st pitch slurve to Torkelson lifted to left, easy play for Verdugo, inning over.
Stroman a bit lucky on that DP ball, it was hit right at Rizzo.
Bottom 4, 0-0
And back to back outs, one a GIDP, on one pitch each, makes it a 9 pitch inning for Stroman, 58 through 4.
Judge, Verdugo and Stanton for the Yanks in the 4th.

Sinker above the waist outer 3rd, but Judge is late and under again, fouls it off, 1-1
Hanging curve inner 3rd, but Judge tops it to 3rd, and McKinstry fields and throws him out, 1 down.
