Any one miss Domingo German? He’s in Pittsburgh’s MiLB at 0-1; 5.65, on three appearances. No perfect games yet… Had not even thought about him until you brought up his name. |

Adell...
FB misses just outside at the knees, 1-0
Cutter thigh high outside corner, Adell fouls it back to the right, 1-1
FB in the zone above the knees inner half, Adell a bit late and under, fouls it off, 1-2
Weaver FB at 94-5 so far.
Change dives down and in, but Adell takes, 2-2
Much better change starting in the middle dives below the inner half, and Adell DOES chase this one and swings over it, K, 2 down.

Ugh. This is reminding me of too many Anaheim games from the old days. Having bad flashbacks. I don't miss all those pesky hitters/base runners they had back then. |

Fb runs to the inner 3rd, taken, 0-1 on Neto.
Another good full arm action change well below the outside corner, Neto fooled, chases and misses by plenty, 0-2
Didn't finish the change, the same darter down and in, well out of the zone both ways, he doesn't chase, 1-2
Fb misses 6 inches outside at 96, waist high, 2-2
Same great location arm action change dives low outside the middle of the plate, Neto way early and over, just like Adell, K, inning over. Brought the good change with him tonight.
11 pitch 1-2-3 for Weaver in the 7th, he'll almost certainly stay in for the 8th.
Top 8, 3-2 Yanks.
Rizzo, Torres and Wells vs. lefty Matt Moore coming in to face the two lefties.
