Ugh. This is reminding me of too many Anaheim games from the old days. Having bad flashbacks. I don't miss all those pesky hitters/base runners they had back then. We exorcised those demons in 2009.

Rizzo is surprising 6 for 8 vs. Moore with 2 HR and 3 RBI, but maybe most of that when Moore was a bad starter and not a good reliever.
FB in, pulled hard and foul, 0-1 Curve misses low/away 1-1 Change floats over the corner away, waist high, Rizzo takes, 1-2 FB at the top of the zone, popped foul, just gets out of play between the Yankee dugout and behind home. Jams himself on a knuckle curve, inner half, rolls over to Paris, throws him out, 1 down.

that Padre reliever that wore us out, Estrada, now has 12 k's in arow I wanted to pick him up after that game in my league, but had no open spot to put him in. Fouls off FB low, 1-2 Curve 3-4 inches outside, chased and spoiled. Full arm action change to the knees, swung over, K. Inning over Another Angel reliever, another 1-2-3 for the Yanks, this time 13 pitches. Yanks haven't had a man on base since Torres got thrown out at home on the poor send to end the 5th on Wells double. Tucker, Paris, then back to the top for Schnauel for the Angels, almost certainly against Weaver throwing his 2nd inning. Tucker is 0-5 with 2 K's vs. Weaver. Paris and Schnauel haven't faced Weaver.

Calhoun pinch hits for Tucker, not a surprise. He's never faced Weaver. Takes a change above the zone, outer 3rd, 1-0 Takes a change well low in the middle, 2-0 Cutter inner 3rd, looping liner over first, falls in front and to the left of Soto for a leadoff single. Gullorme will PH for Paris, he's never faced Weaver either.
