Takes a sinker on the corner away, 0-1
Sinker low away, lined to left, Verdugo makes the wrong move in, tries to back up, and stumbles not once, but twice and it flies over his head for a soul-crushing game-winning "double".
O's walk it off, avoiding the sweep and taking back 1st place by a game, heading to the break.
Terrible terrible loss and it's not just on Verdugo. Volpe has to make that play, and Holmes can't be walking guys left and right to load the gun for the O's.
