It appeared to me that Grisham did not pick up his coach until he was almost at 3rd.. Was he on the wrong side of the 2nd when the ball hit the wall ?

Bad slider again, just below middle, topped foul off 1st.
Good sharp slider winds up near the low inside corner, swung over for the K. Inning over.
Yanks get a chance to walk it off, but will have to do against one of the top 2-3 relievers in baseball, Guardian closer Emmanuel Clase.
Yanks will send up LeMahieu, not sure I want Rice to PH against his 98-101 cutter.
Cabera and then Torres to follow.

Cabrera is 1-3 with a RBI single.
Torres is 1-4 with a RBI and 2 K's.

Cutter inside ties him up, he's late and under fly to right center, Schneemann lopes over, catches, inning over.
9-pitch 1-2-3 for Clase in the 9th.
