So far the Judge and Sanchez leading their positions in the AL.
1B. ABREU. 2B. ALTUVE. 3B. RAMIREZ. SS. MACHADO. C. SANCHEZ. OF. JUDGE. BETTS. TROUT. DH. MARTINEZ.
I think we need to start voting and get Andujar in at 3rd. I don't think Torres could unseat Altuve but that'd be awesome. He's the new Pedroia. Little midget 2B who is over rated on defense and called gritty because of their height. I'm sure if you find any Pedroia article from years ago and replaced his name with Altuve.. nobody would bat an eye. Can't wait for Torres to unseat him as the premier 2B in the AL. Altuve seems like a nice guy but something about him.. maybe because he's an Astro.. makes me think he's not genuinely a nice guy... Seems like a smug little runt. </End rant>

Coming close...Jason Varitek was hitting .218 at the time of the 2008 All-Star game that he was chosen to start...He ended the year all the way up to .220, though... |

IF Sanchez gets his fat ass in better shape AND stops trying to hit every pitch to Yonkers he has a chance to be a HOFr.
I know we live in an era of “crying rooms” on college campuses and kumbayaism but somebody in mgt(Cash/Boone//Hal) better show him some tuff luv.
Before attacking my post, realize that through these two yrs I’ve been his biggest fan
