That was a bad pitch by Kahnle but this Yankee defense is awful.

Kahnle throws 6 change ups in a row and gives up three run double. Just an awful bullpen.

It ain't over yet I suppose, but we cannot keep losing games like this. You have to beat mediocre and bad teams. You just have to.

I wasn't paying full attention. Are these balls Soto could have caught?

FB outside ball 1 on Scott. FB above middle, fouled FB outside, taken. 2-1 FB at the top fouled back, 2-2 Now it's all fastballs? FB misses outside at the top 3-2. 6th straight FB is near middle, drilled to deep right, gets over Soto again, RBI double to the track, 11-7 Cards. Let me get this straight...this .150 hitter is SO GOOD AGAINST CHANGEUPS THAT YOU THROW HIM SIX STRAIGHT FASTBALLS, THE LAST ONE ALMOST DOWN THE MIDDLE? NOT EVEN ONE CHANGE TO ALTER BAT SPEED?? WITH KAHNLE????? Who's calling this game for the Yanks, Elmer Fudd?

Chris Kirschner @chriskirschner ยท 4s Not the greatest day for Soto in the field, according to Statcast.
Two plays with a 99 percent catch probability and 75 percent catch probability have fallen for hits today, including that Nootbaar double.

I wasn't paying full attention. Are these balls Soto could have caught? I think so for sure. Just didn't look like he had a good route on any of them.

I wasn't paying full attention. Are these balls Soto could have caught? The balls were hit hard but they could have been caught by a good RF. But Soto gets poor jumps and reads on balls.

Bickford in for the Yanks. Winn takes a strike, bunts it back to Bickford, he's a bit slow, but fields and fires in time, but right into the runner, Rizzo chooses not to get his are shattered, and gator arms it and down by 4, I don't blame him, it gets away down the right side, scoring Scott, Winn to 2nd on the E-1, 12-7 Cards.
