Nope, FB high, inner half, 2-2.
Judge takes his timeout.
There's the change dropping low, one pitch later than I thought.
Backs it up with a FB aimed to the same spot, appeared to hit the bottom of the zone, Judge got a small break, about 10% on Gameday, so...marginal.

Wells swings over a slider diving low inner 3rd, must've guessed FB.
slider low/outside, taken, 1-1
FB just outside middle, Wells mussed a cookie, 1-2
Wells takes a bounced slider, 2-2.
FB overthrown well high, 3-2.
FB at the top of the zone, swung under, K. Would've been strike 3 anyway, probably.

Stanton takes the same FB well just missed for strike 3, 0-1

Pitching coach went out there to give Wicks a breather.

Shows bunt, takes a sinker thigh-high in the middle, 0-1
Slider outside, tapped off the end of the bat back to Wicks to end the inning.

spending the week in a cabin on a golf course w/o internet was a good way to clear my head from the recent yankee miseries. after playing so bad (my golf as well), amazing that we're still only a 1/2 game. an opportunity lost playing the weak part of our schedule. 22 games left. time to turn the page and play well down the home stretch. good to get 2 starters back. need to get judge "back".

Gil topped out at 95.2. I hope he'll have more velocity as it moves along.
Rizzo gets a nice ovation when he steps in. 1st game at Wrigley since he was traded to the Yanks.

FB outside corner, he doesn't pull off that one, fouls it off.
Change well low and outside, 1-2
Change low, Volpe off balance, serves a fliner to left, easy play for Happ, 2 down.
