What a dreadful game offensively and the Stadium was lifeless. On a better note we had Legends seats row 8 behind home plate with all the food and trimmings. I've never had lobster, duck, and shrimp at a ball game. Absolutely incredible. Desserts and ice cream bar was to die for and I ended with Espresso and Cappuccino. Behind the back row tubs of water and soda. Huge difference between Legends and regular seats with a $15 beer abd $19 hot dog. Nice JEG! Glad you enjoyed your Legend Seats and all the amenities it comes with!

Food and comfort is second to none in that section. The atmosphere in the stadium was dead and the team was flat. Maybe a rally or a big hit would've helped but there was no energy in the ballpark at all last night.

bailed once the debate started but by then the game was pretty much over. lugo absolutely owned us in perhaps one of the most dominating performances by an opposing pitcher this season. and he is someone we could see in the PS. amazing how a guy who had been a decent pitcher suddenly blooms into an ace at age 34. in any case, there have been two many games where we've been owned like this. we desperately need judge & soto to step up and lead this team.

Too many dead offensive games where it’s evident nothing is going to happen.

It happens, Lugo surely seems like one of those guys who could have a late baseball prime.

Lugo has not had the best luck in his career. He has had multiple injuries - spinal fusion surgery, UCL tear, right elbow surgery. The Mets couldn't make up their minds of whether he was a starter or reliever, sort of like the Yankees and Joba Chamberlain. Lugo wanted to be a starter, which is why he signed with the Royals as that was guaranteed to him. When Lugo is on, he's as tough as anyone.

The Royals are paying Lugo less than what Cashman gave Stroman.

Lugo or Flaherty would have been better, but it could just as easily been Giolito or Rodriguez.

He would have been fine for one year but this deal is going to end up being 3 years which is too many when you consider Stroman's diminishing skills.
