I never used to take a nap, but now after a round of golf, especially if I walk, I lay down for about 20 minutes when I get home. This has just become a thing in the last 6 months. I turn 70 next year. ps. I'm from NJ. Sounds more like a positive than a negative, my friend. A good nap is the greatest guilty pleasure a man can enjoy. As you probably know, I’ve already torn that 70th page off my calendar. If I get drowsy, then DOWN goes inger! Sometimes I set an alarm. Other times I sleep till I’m done… What I have to be careful about is I don't sleep well at night. I read every night before bed. Typically will pick up a book at 10 PM and read for 45 mins to an hour. Often will wake up 3 or 4 times during the night and in most cases I'm having my first cup og Joe at 5:30 or 6.

It’s helped me a bunch. I even went the psyche route, and glad I did it. Bed around 10:30-11:30. Up around 6:30-7:30… it’s working…
