Wells fouls off a slider down and in, 0-1
Slider stays outside and low, 1-1
Change thigh-high, middle, Wells misses way under, foul pop behind home, Jansen gets back and catches, inning over.
Disappointing inning, single, single that should've been a double, single and botched DP line drive, plus a near-HR by Judge and all for just 1 run.
Top 4, 1-0 Yanks.
20 pitches for Bello in the 3rd, and 55 through 3.
Top of the order for the Sox in the 4th: Duran, Devers and O'Neill.

FB misses high, Duran starts, but checks in time, 1-0
Slider winds up just low and outside middle, Duran misses under, hits a high fly to fairly deep right center, Dominguez goes back, dies before the track, he catches, 1 down.

Cutter on the outside corner, swung on and missed by O'Neill, 0-1
Cole takes a long time to deliver, Devers gets a running start and steals 2nd easily. FB missed inside at the top, 1-1
Chases a bounced curve, 1-2
FB way high, easy take, 2-2
FB again almost in the same spot, same easy take, 3-2. Wells throws behind Devers, but he gets back.
FB misses high, inner half, by about 6 inches, 1st and 2nd, 1 out for Yoshida.

Slider in the zone low and away, lobbed toward the corner in left, it lands fair, bounces into the seats, ground rule double, game tied at 1. Cole promptly punished for the IBB to Devers in that spot.

OK, Cole thinks Devers owns him, but Devers has shoulder problems and is slumping. Take the challenge; find out if he's subpar. If he homers again, it's just a 1-1 tie.
