Giants up 4-0 over the Orioles in the fifth. They have at least as many issues as the Yankees. Seranthony Dominguez isn't doing much better as their closer as Craig Kimbrel was. And their rotation is much weaker without Grayson Rodriguez. He's been out since late July with a strained last, just like Schmidt on the Yanks missed 3 months with his. |

we have a game lead over the guardians for the league. we're 7-3 in our last 10. think 8-4 from here would seal the deal. no worse than 7-5.

FB waist high, outer half, misses under, fouls it off. 1-1
Misses a FB just outside at the op, 1-2.
Slider away tapped down 3rd, Rojas picks it up, thinks it's foul, so he makes no play, but the ump says fair. and Torres gets a gift infield hit. Looks like it when right over the outer edge of the 3rd base bag.

Soto takes a slider to the knees, inner 3rd, 0-1
Sinker in the zone, low and away, Soto late, slaps it foul, good thing as if it was fair it was double play ball.
Change at the knees, outer 3rd, Soto pulls a liner to right center gap, cut off deep by Rodriguez, but not in time to prevent a double, with Torres stopping at 3rd and nobody out.
Infield back for Judge.

Takes a FB just outside, 1-1
Swings under a FB about 2 inches high. That's Woo's game, Wells. Don't play up there.
FB 6-8 inches high near middle, and the hitters never catch up with that one, so stop chasing up there, K, 1 down.
